Return & Exchange Eligibility

- Defective Items: If the jersey is damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong jersey (e.g., wrong size, design, or color).
Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a return or exchange:
- Must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Must include original tags and packaging.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind or preference.
- Incorrect size selection. Please use our size chart before ordering.
Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include the following information in your email:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the item showing the defect or incorrect item received.
- Approval: Our support team will review your request and provide instructions if your return or exchange is approved.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping Costs
- For Defective or Incorrect Items: We cover the return shipping cost and the cost to send the replacement item.
- For Other Cases: Customers are responsible for shipping costs if a return or exchange is approved as an exception.
Important Notes
- Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
- Items that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
